Join HCEDP for the 2026 Economic Outlook, featuring keynote speaker Mark A. Wynne, vice president and associate director of Research at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. With more than three decades of Federal Reserve experience, Wynne brings deep expertise in fiscal policy, global economic trends, inflation, and the forces driving U.S. and Texas growth.

Wynne has advised the Dallas Fed president ahead of FOMC meetings, led the Bank’s international economics group, and published widely in leading academic and Federal Reserve journals. He has also taught at major universities and is a member of several prestigious economic and foreign relations organizations.

The event will also include a panel of business and policy leaders discussing the state of the economy, workforce, capital investment, and regional competitiveness in 2026. Don’t miss HCEDP’s signature annual event providing clarity, context, and insights for the year ahead.

Directions from I35:

Exit 206 (Aquarena Springs)

Turn towards the university and make a right on Sessom Drive.

Continue on Sessom to N Comanche St. Make a left at the Light.

Make a left on Student Canter Drive and an immediate right on Gaillardia St.

Enter the garage on your left and enter into the Student Center.

Walk all the way to the back towards the Grand Ballroom. You will see our registration table.
